Step 1: Choose your appointment
Book your appointment on our website or through your patient portal. For help with scheduling or questions, contact us during business hours.
Step 2: Connect with us
Check in for your appointment with your phone, computer, or other device. We recommend Wi-Fi for video visits to have the best connection.
Step 3: Stay healthy
If a prescription is appropriate, your doctor will send it to a local pharmacy. Other tests (labs, imaging) will be sent directly to the facility on your behalf. We recommend having regular visits to stay healthy.
